Call for Submissions

This is a juried regional FCA exhibition. It is a qualifying exhibition for Signature Status.

 Please read the OASIS 2025Call for Entry Booklet for all rules and restrictions.

LOCATION:  Peachland Art Gallery, 5684 Beach Avenue, Peachland, BC

DATES:  June 28 - Aug 5, 2025 - Gallery Hours: 10 am to 4 pm Wednesdays to Sundays

ENTRY DEADLINE: April 30, 2025

PARTICIPANTS:  Open to all Exhibiting, AFCA and SFCA Members of the following chapters of the FCA:

• Central Okanagan
• South Okanagan and Similkameen
• North Okanagan
• Thompson Nicola Shuswap

DROP OFF: June 23rd from 10 am to noon

PICK UP: August 4th after 4 pm

       OPENING RECEPTION AND AWARDS CEREMONY:  Friday, June 27 from 6 pm to 9 pm

ENTRY FEE:  $20 for the first image, and $15 for each additional image for maximum of 5 images. Submit entries on-line only. To enter, go to centralokanaganfca.com and click on the link on the home page.

RESTRICTIONS: Artwork should be no larger than 40 x 40 including frame. Only work that is new to the Peachland Art Gallery may be submitted.

Note: all artists with accepted work must be members of the Peachland Community Arts Council.  Membership is $25.

COMMISSION: 30%
