Marina Leisen

Marina Leisen was born in Ontario, subsequently lived in Alberta and Quebec before returning to Ontario in 1987. She attended watercolour classes at the Oakville Art Society. She left her career in nursing in 1992 when her husband retired and they settled in Westbank, BC.

Marina finds great inspiration in the flowers and the scenery of the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Her preferred medium is in watercolours but also paints in acrylic and mixed media.

Marina is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and attends many workshops.

Her paintings are in many private collections across Canada and the United States.
