Bonnie Sheppard Bonnie divides her time between British Columbia in Canada and Otago, New Zealand, painting actively in both hemispheres. Her works hang in collections from Berlin, New York, Hollywood, Auckland, and Toronto to her home towns of Wanaka and Kelowna. Bonnie's painting's include landscapes and portraits. Having a portrait created is a unique experience, a dialogue between artist and subject. Oftentimes a portrait celebrates a special occasion - a graduation, promotion, a life milestone, or it may be a simple desire for a family heirloom. Portraits may be done through a series of photographs, or sittings, depending on the timeframe and desires of the client. |

Bonnie's portraits hang in Canadian, American and New Zealand homes. She has done public and private commissions in a range of traditional and more modern styles. At all times she attempts to suit the style to the subject.
