Having trouble? Please read through some of these common entry errors and trouble shooting tips.
1/ Images being rejected?
• Ensure that your image is at least 1600 pixels on the longest dimension
• Ensure that your image does not exceed 4MB or the system will automatically reject the file.
2/ Submission not completing?
• Ensure that all of the required fields have been completed.
• Required fields have a red asterisk.
• The system will prompt you with what needs to be done.
• Slow down and read the prompts.
3/ Paintings not showing in The Classic Entries Gallery?
• Your paintings will show in the online gallery within 24 hours of completing your submission.
• Check back tomorrow, look towards the last page of the online gallery.
If you are still having trouble and even coffee doesn't work, cry help! (releases the tension) ... and then email The Classic support.
